MESQUITE FLOORING
We offer ½" Mesquite flooring in widths of 3", 4", and 5"; as well as ¾" mesquite flooring in widths of 4", 6", and 8". Both floors offered have a Tongue & Groove on 4 sides which is above standard for the mesquite industry. To add more to your investment the mixed width option is not only a great value but will add style and create a floor of even greater beauty. For example, a ¾" x 4"-6"-8" mix pattern will give you equal lineal lengths, but create a wider looking floor and a fantastic looking exotic floor.
Old Growth Select
Less than 1% sapwood on face of boards, small knots (less than 1" diameter), and fillable cracks allowed on less than 10% of floor. The ½" flooring has an average length of 32" and an extra thick wear layer while our ¾" flooring has an average length of 42" and an extra thick wear layer. All of our Old Growth Select has Tongue and Groove milling on 4 sides.

Local Mesquite Select

Local Mesquite Rustic
Less than 1% sapwood on face of boards, natural cracks, and knots allowed on every board as long as they are fillable. The Rustic grading is purely aesthetic, milling quality is exactly the same as our Select grading: average length is 30". Tongue and Groove milling on 2 sides and ends are square.
